So easy, so perfect, so good
1 cup plain yogurt, (not Greek) - I LOVE Trimona Bulgarian yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced super fine or pressed through a garlic press
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 teaspoon KESH seasoning
Mix well, store chilled, enjoy!
